The Style Big Club is offering a weekend 2 day All Adult women's hockey camp this March 29-30 @ West Meadows Ice Arena. Join Sean Berens and the Style Big Club for our 3 hour per day Training Event that will focus on our women's adult class instruction. Please see the daily schedule for this event!
- OFF ICE(1hr) Explosive dry land exercises are demonstrated to provide our members with the best in-season drills to directly support our on ice repetitions.
- ON ICE(1hr) Physical skill sets will be improved through technical repetition and correction. Explosiveness, puck protection, and scoring techniques will be practiced allowing the player to develop skill and confidence in their game.
- Classroom (1hr) Learn the technical training aspects of how to improve your game in a detailed platform.
